Order Process and Payment
Payment: Customers can make payments via Credit Card, PayPal. All payments must be completed before the order is processed.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products ordered, price, and estimated delivery date. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Delivery: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with the shipment. Handling these charges and ensuring smooth customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds: The store does not offer returns and refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided through email once the order is placed.
Shops at Don Mills, Toronto, Canada: Framed option is only available for pick-up orders within the Toronto area, In- person at The Shops at Don Mills. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on the date and time to pick up your artwork.
Worldwide Shipping: The customer is responsible for selecting the preferred mail service and covering all associated shipping costs, including delivery fees and additional charges. Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during international shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
