About the Artist
Born in Cambodia, raised in France, and now calling Canada home since 2002, her journey as a self-taught oil painter is deeply rooted in the diverse experiences she has gathered along the way.
Each of my painting series begin with a single, original oil painting, where abstract techniques and mixed media breathe life into the work. By purposefully concealing certain sections, I create a visual narrative that invites viewers into a game of discovery—revealing only fragments, much like the allure of a body. The viewer is left to imagine what lies beneath, making each unique piece a conversation, a shared moment of curiosity and wonder, only fully unveiled in its original piece.
